This challenging but fun job involves troubleshooting tickets that could result in designing, coding, testing, debugging, configuring and documenting software. They will write and maintain documentation describing functional and technical specifications as well as provide technical assistance and training in areas of expertise.Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field or technical certification or equivalent work experience, at least four years of related experience or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
