IntraNexus Presents the Future of HIS to New Orleans

As IntraNexus enters its 15th successful year, we are taking an opportunity to help restore and improve healthcare in the most devastated areas in Louisiana and Mississippi. We are donating an unprecedented $10 million in SAPPHIRE® licensing fees to facilities impacted by hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
“Revitalizing Louisiana’s healthcare system is one of our top priorities and we welcome the support of innovative companies like IntraNexus. Hurricanes Rita and Katrina re-enforced the urgent need for information systems that streamline healthcare records. We are grateful for the generosity of the good people of IntraNexus and enthusiastic about the opportunity to begin rebuilding and improving our healthcare facilities with a Web-based healthcare information system like SAPPHIRE.”

 —Governor Kathleen Babineaux Blanco
The IntraNexus booth was a stand-out at this year's Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) conference. IntraNexus donated their booth furniture to the Katrina victims through the St. Bernard Project.

“We are very happy to accept this thoughtful donation on behalf of the people we’re assisting. There are several families who will benefit from this, and we appreciate IntraNexus offering to help us in restoring their homes and their lives.”

St. Bernard Co-founder Liz McCartney

IntraNexus also sponsored the HIMSS 5K Fun Run and 1 Mile Walk through Audubon Park. We would like to extend congratulations to Mr. Charles Pigg, CIO, St. Bernards Healthcare, winner of the 14K SAPPHIRE pendant and  Ms. Janet Keith, winner of the 32” Vizio flat panel LCD HDTV!
